Brew time: 4 minutes
30g coffee to 500g water
- Boil your water, and grind your coffee to medium-course and put it into the French press.
- Using a digital scale, pour in the hot water and swirl the coffee with a spoon.
- Place the plunger on top of the coffee. Let this infuse for 4 minutes.
- Press the plunger down slowly and steadily.
- Carefully pour the coffee into your cup.
